Hi, I’m Shantia — the creator behind Wake Up Girl...and PUSH Through!®.
This journey began during one of the most difficult seasons of my life after the unexpected loss of my oldest sister. That experience strengthened my desire to grow closer to God, hold onto hope, and live more intentionally through every season of life.
Through faith, discipline, personal growth, and encouragement, I began learning how important it is to keep pushing through life with purpose, consistency, and trust in God even during challenging moments.
What started through encouragement and faith-based resources has now grown into a community centered around spiritual growth, accountability, intentional living, discipline, and transformation.
My heart behind this brand is simple:
to encourage women to keep growing, keep believing, and keep showing up for themselves one intentional day at a time.

Wake Up Girl...and PUSH Through!® exists to help women strengthen their faith, grow intentionally, rebuild consistency, and develop healthier spiritual and mental habits through encouragement, accountability, transformational resources, and community support.
Through books, devotionals, memberships, coaching, and intentional encouragement, this brand was created to remind women that growth doesn’t have to be perfect to still be purposeful.
