Shipping & Return Policy

Due to the nature of each product, All sales are final. For USPS packages that are marked return to sender, we will be happy to reship your package with no additional fee. Please contact if you have any questions.

Due to high-volume orders, the processing time will take 5-7 business days after payment processing (not including weekends or holidays) for your item(s) to process and ship. This applies to products that are in stock only. (Not including Pre-Orders) 

All mugs, apparel, and non-book items ship separately from other items. Estimated delivery timeframes are listed under each product description (delivery times vary.)

For all mugs, apparel, and non-book items shipping typically takes  8–12 business days. Please note that framed posters and bulkier shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address for certain apparel or large items. All customers will receive a separate tracking number by email when their non-book item(s) have shipped.

For Non-book items carriers may vary. (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS)

All digital downloads are available immediately after checkout. Please save the direct PDF to your device for future use. After 30 days all links expire.

We ship USPS priority mail only which typically takes 3- 4 business days to arrive. During the peak holiday season expect delays due to high volume.

After successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email, please check your spam and/or promotional folder if your confirmation email does not show up in your primary inbox.  Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking details. 

DISCLAIMER: USPS and Shantia Coleman Forever Uplifting, LLC are two separate entities and we do not have a partnership with USPS. Shantia Coleman Forever Uplifting cannot be held responsible for lost packages or delayed deliveries. However, Tracking & Insurance are included on All Packages. If in any event a package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS here.  For any and all shipping updates please contact USPS with the tracking number we provided to you via email.
