Return Policy and Shipping Details

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at support@shantiacoleman.com.

We ship domestic orders via UPS Ground, which typically takes 3-4 business days for delivery, depending on your location. For international orders, we use UPS Worldwide.

Please note that UPS Ground does not deliver to PO Boxes. To avoid any delays, kindly ensure that the shipping address provided is a valid residential or business address.

During peak holiday seasons, please expect possible delays due to high shipping volume.

Order Processing & Shipping Information

Due to high order volume, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and shipping after payment has been successfully processed. This timeframe applies to in-stock products only and does not include pre-orders. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

All mugs, apparel, and non-book items are shipped separately from other products. Estimated delivery times are provided under each product description and may vary.

Shipping for mugs, apparel, and non-book items typically takes 8–12 business days. Please be aware that framed posters and larger shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. To avoid delivery delays, please provide a valid residential or business address for these items. Once your non-book items have shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.

Carriers for non-book items may include UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS, depending on the shipment.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are available immediately after checkout. Please save the PDF directly to your device for future access. Note that all download links expire 30 days after purchase.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see it in your primary inbox, kindly check your spam or promotional folders. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please note that UPS and Shantia Coleman Forever Uplifting, LLC are independent entities, and there is no formal partnership between us. While we include tracking and insurance on all packages, Shantia Coleman Forever Uplifting cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments. In the event a package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with UPS using the tracking number provided.
