Don't Let Your Passion for God Grow Cold

Your passion for God is one of the greatest strengths you can protect because it fuels the way you live, serve, and trust Him each day. The pressures of life may compete for your attention, but they should never diminish your desire to pursue the Lord with your whole heart. Jesus lived with unwavering devotion to God's will, demonstrating what it looks like to faithfully serve God with purpose, love, and perseverance. As you deepen your personal relationship with God, your love for Him will continue to grow, your faith will become more vibrant, and your desire to serve Him will become a joyful response to His goodness. Guard your heart against spiritual complacency and remain intentional about spending time in God's presence. When your heart stays connected to Him, He will continually renew your strength, ignite your passion, and empower you to serve Him with joy and wholehearted devotion.
Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.
