Every Promise Finds Its Yes in Jesus

You can build your life on what God has spoken because His promises are anchored in the faithfulness of Jesus Christ. God does not make empty promises or speak words He cannot fulfill; throughout Scripture, His plan of salvation, redemption, and hope finds its fulfillment in Christ. Jesus is not simply an encouragement to believe that good things will happen—He is the confirmation that God is faithful to accomplish what He has promised according to His will. As you deepen your personal relationship with God, allow His Word to become more trustworthy to you than changing circumstances, delayed answers, or what you cannot see. Your “Amen” is more than the conclusion of a prayer; it is an expression of agreement that says you believe God is true and His Word can be trusted. You may not always know when or how His promises will unfold, but you can place your faith in the character of God who made them. God has given His “Yes” in Christ, and your life can answer with a faith-filled “Amen.”
For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ.
And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.
2 Corinthians 1:20 NIV
