Not Everyone Needs the Same Kind of Encouragement

Every person you encounter may need something different from you, and God can give you the wisdom to respond with grace. Some people need loving correction, others need encouragement to keep going, and some simply need someone willing to stand beside them when they feel weak. Jesus showed compassion without ignoring truth, meeting people where they were while helping them move toward the life God desired for them. As you deepen your personal relationship with God, allow the Holy Spirit to help you recognize when to speak, when to encourage, when to offer support, and when patience is needed most. You may never fully know what someone is carrying, so choose to respond with wisdom and compassion rather than frustration or judgment. Your patience, encouragement, and willingness to help could be exactly what God uses to give someone the strength and hope they need to take another step forward.
And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone.
