You can have hope even in moments when you do not feel strong enough to keep standing because God is able to sustain you. He does not turn away when you stumble, become weary, or find yourself carrying more than you thought you could handle. Instead, He meets you with the strength, grace, and help you need to keep going. Jesus continually showed compassion toward people who were hurting and weighed down, reminding you that weakness never makes you unworthy of God's care. As you deepen your personal relationship with the Lord, you will learn that depending on Him is not a sign of defeat but an opportunity to experience His strength in a deeper way. You do not have to pretend that everything is okay or carry every burden by yourself. When you feel like you are falling, reach for God. He will sustain you, lift your heart, and give you the strength to rise again and keep moving forward with hope.

The Lord sustains all who fallAnd raises up all who are bowed down.

Psalm 145:14 NASB
